This policy explains what information Fusco Media receives through this website and how it is used.
Information you provide
When you use the contact or booking forms, you may provide your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, company or brokerage, client role, agreement-language preference, project or property information, preferred dates, notes, authority confirmation, and optional marketing preference. The real-estate form intentionally asks clients not to submit lockbox codes, payment-card information, or other security credentials through the public website.
How information is used
Information is used to review inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm availability, create service agreements, communicate about projects, and maintain reasonable business records. Fusco Media does not sell personal information.
Form delivery and service providers
Contact, booking, and change requests are transmitted through Formspree. The website also loads services from Google Fonts and OpenStreetMap, and links to Instagram. Those providers may process basic technical information according to their own privacy practices.
Booking drafts and acknowledgements
If you choose “Save and finish later,” booking information is stored in your browser on that device for up to seven days. Property access arrangements and acknowledgement records are excluded from the saved draft. A completed request includes the version and text of the booking-request acknowledgement, but it is not an electronic signature on the final service agreement. You can clear saved website data through your browser settings.
Retention and security
Submitted requests are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a quote, deliver requested services, meet accounting or legal recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Fusco Media maintains a documented retention and deletion schedule and limits access to information according to business need. No online transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive access codes and payment-card information should never be entered into these forms.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and business-record requirements. You may also choose whether finished work can be used in the Fusco Media portfolio or marketing.

Questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawals, deletion requests and privacy complaints may be directed there. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
